This review is for Lonestar Moving LLC. I scheduled them for a local move a month before my move and emphasized to their sales rep how important it was that I be moved first thing in the morning. My appointment was for 9 am. The movers never showed up!!! I was not contacted. When I called Lonestar Moving LLC\r
, I was told that one of their trucks broke down (BS) and that they would be at my place at 1 pm. At 3 pm, I was told 430 pm, and so on. When I demanded a discount off their services for the following day, they refused. I didn't even get an apology. So I cancelled them and hired new movers for the next day. These people are AWFUL and UNRELIABLE. Do not hire them. If they don't show up, there's nothing you can do about it. Better off going with one of the larger companies like Flatrate.Lonestar Moving is AN HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY - JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY .
