Review content:
I registered here just to provide this review, that's how annoyed I was.....
I just went into C & C to look at picking up a .40 handgun and I wanted to look at their selection. I told the sales guy I was looking at .40s and he asked why. ""I'd like it for hiking -"" and he cuts me off mid-sentence to tell me ""Ask any Alaskan, and they'll tell you that anyone dumb enough to go into the bush with a .40 is dumb enough to be dead.""
I let him know I didn't appreciate the attitude and left.
Considering I've never NEEDED a gun in all my years of experiencing the outdoors, and studies have shown that bear mace effectively stops 85% of grizzly attacks (and we don't even have grizzlies), and I know how to properly store my food, and my dog's collar and tags make noise on the trail, I think a .40 will be fine.
Nice camouflage jacket, genius. I almost couldn't see you behind the display case.
Nice way to cut yourself out $400 or $500.
Pros: Well, they sell guns
Cons: They don't do it very well
