C & C Gun Sales

Stay away- could be closed!!!\r \r Supposedly they have been closed for over a month and the phone just rings to a full voicemail. The store is still full of merchandise and you can see 20+ rifles on the wall, so I don't think they skipped town... Anyone know what is going on? I wouldn't care but I have guns on consignment there and can't get them back if I can't get in touch with someone.\r \r Help!!! more

I've been in the competitive shooting world for 20 years plus, I'm also a coach for youth and adults. I would have to say that I had a grate shopping experience, not only were they able to order the rifle and handgun I was looking for but gave me some very helpful advice. Very knowledgeable staff, they were able to help my wife out as well. I've shopped at other places, such at L&L, and other chain stores. I like the fact that it's a local store, run by a family and I will continue to bey form them. \r \r more

Very poor customer service! As soon as I walked in the door I was met with a bad attitude. First time there and never going back. Most pawn shops have better selections so no loss in my book. Inquired about the P90 on the wall, was met with ""It costs around $2000.00"", like I couldn't afford it or something.... Drove to L&L Guns and bought twin Glocks. As usual, I'll continue to do business with L&L. more

I went in store to buy a new gun had $800 cash in pocket\r ask if the had a XD 40 and salesmen younger guy his mom was nice but he raved about what a bad gun this \r was a I need to buy a 9mm I told him I did not want a 9mm and he went on and on about why 9mm is BEST choice for self defence. said 40 and 45 are over rated I told him not there to ARGUE everyone has there own opinion one \r what they want he acted like he was know all and done all. The thing is he is a salesman and reads to many books\r I think he can misslead a new gun owner.He does not know my experence level and he is giving poor opinions \r based on nothing more then other opinions he has read. A REAL JERK never will recamend this place to ANYONE. more

Last year I was in the market for a AR. I went to C&C gun sales and spoke with the salesmen there. They took the time and showed me different models of rifles and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I am very happy with my rifle and have since returned to C&C for another purchase. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable about firearms, and again, makes me feel confident that I made the right choice of firearm. I love these guys and look forward to my next purchase. I registered here just to provide this review, that's how annoyed I was..... I just went into C & C to look at picking up a .40 handgun and I wanted to look at their selection. I told the sales guy I was looking at .40s and he asked why. ""I'd like it for hiking -"" and he cuts me off mid-sentence to tell me ""Ask any Alaskan, and they'll tell you that anyone dumb enough to go into the bush with a .40 is dumb enough to be dead."" I let him know I didn't appreciate the attitude and left. Considering I've never NEEDED a gun in all my years of experiencing the outdoors, and studies have shown that bear mace effectively stops 85% of grizzly attacks (and we don't even have grizzlies), and I know how to properly store my food, and my dog's collar and tags make noise on the trail, I think a .40 will be fine. Nice camouflage jacket, genius. I almost couldn't see you behind the display case. Nice way to cut yourself out $400 or $500. Pros: Well, they sell guns Cons: They don't do it very well more

I have been in and out of this Dealers business if you can call it that. I am no longer a fan of these guy's. I learned that they over priced a used pistol and claimed it was 100% mint.. I found out late it was 92-95%\r missing the box left it in another catagory. I also requested special purchase only to be cheated out of a deal and was never told of any reason I was not first on the deal. Special privilage. Insted of selling Guns they do as they please and have lead me to believe I was being served.... I fell like a mushroom. And I would not waste my money time or trust with these guys...ever again. Take you business to anyone else first.. You won't wait over a year for one rifle.. I have special bonding and can buy any gun any where..... I have no restrictions.. So I am voting with my feet...Hey enjoy that rifle guy's EAT IT! I also asked to purchase another rifle from them and got the info to do business with a company on the East Coast... They never contacted them and I am still wondering why I didn't see the incompetance sooner.. Yes they do sell guns... But special orders?????????????? I am waiting no longer.. Cons: No good business sence. it's like kiddy hour. more

Needed a gun transfered from the East Coast to here, so I contacted C&C Gun Sales. Three days later the East coast dealer says he has not heard from C&C yet. I called them and sure enough, they had not done the simple task of faxing a copy of their business license. Never will I do business with them. When I called they said ""We transfer hundreds of guns every week and had not gotten to yours yet"". Hog wash...a little mom and pop shop like that probably doesn't do two a week. They lost my business for life. LL Guns did the work for me in fifteen minutes; they will get my business. Thumbs down to C&C Gun Sales. Cons: no customer service more

The Salesmen at the shop are very knowledgeable and listen to what is said. They give there full attention to me when I am in there. more
