New Ground Inc. Poured a concrete slab for me as a foundation of a garage, upon learning I had problems with the product provided, I notified New Ground of the problem and they told me my problem (un-level slab) was not a problem and was ""within tolerance"". I contacted the American Concrete institute and contractors and engineers who told me that their product was not acceptable and not ""within tolerance"". My slab was three inches lower at the rear corner than at the front (and other problems). After letting them know that I knew that the product they provided was unacceptable and was not ""within tolerance"" they refused to answer my calls, Certified Mail, or return messages left. They do not stand behind their work. I would strongly recommend against doing business with New Ground Inc.
