Review content:
We have had nothing but problems with this company since the salesman come to our door soliciting their business. My boyfriend was convinced to sign papers and mislead by the process of canceling the order thereafter. Once he called and wrote to cancel the order the company denied receiving such notification from us saying he was responsible for the order and that they would put a lean on the property and not even install the order if he refused to continue the order. After lengthy conversations with many different parties at the company he decided to go forward with the order, no other options available from the company. They were all very rude with him. It then took them longer than agreed upon to provide installation. Finally, when arrangements were made to do installation and my boyfried took the day off from work to be there they called and said they wouldln't have time for his installation and would need to reschedule. This company is so un-professional that I would NEVER recommend their business not even to people I dislike.
