Review content:
Last week my girlfriend took her car there to have a rear strut looked at that was making noise. They called her back an hour later with stories about how horrible the car drives, how the rear struts were busted and leaking, and that the noise was actually coming from the front. The solution, full replacement of all four struts assemblies for $2100. I called the mechanic for clarification on the estimate, I found that he wanted $150 for a strut which retails at Napa for around $80 to $90. Nearly a 100% mark-up, which is pretty much standard for all parts through them. When I questioned the price the mechanic said, ""Well, we need to make money too"". As if $110/hour doesn't make money. In the end, we took it to the dealership of all places. Two rear struts installed for $450, problem solved. I guess I found out how Bobby and Steves got to be so big and shiny. Don't ever go there.
