Review content:
Although most of the Bobby and Steve's locations look nice that's where the positive ends. They tend to be in odd hard to access locations and they overcharge for gas and services.
Customer service is lacking too. I had a free car wash that expired on a day it was raining. They would not honor it the next day. In my experience most places would honor it. I would not want these guys working on my car either since I would not trust the level of service one would expect especially when paying a premium for the service.
I have not been back since and don't plan on it.
