I went here to have my oil changed and was not happy with the service. One of the guys that changed the oil on my car was nice while the other guy was not friendly at all- it seemed like a red flag to me that they were up to no good. I got my receipt with a recommendation for a part on my car to be fixed because it was ""torn"".
I brought my car to an experienced mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with that part or anything else on the car and that Bobby and Steve's Auto World is known for rip-offs. Either they really don't know what they are doing, or they lie to people to make a profit, or they go ahead and damage car parts to make it look like they were damaged already so you will have them fixed for more money.
Even though I didn't end up paying for their lie and there really was nothing wrong with my car, that kind of service is absolutely terrible and I just knew from their behavior I was being deceived.
I CAN'T EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH- DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID BOBBY AND STEVE'S AUTO WORLD!!
