After having dealt with B&E's on numerous occasions, I can attest that their staff is very well informed, and the selection of pianos is great. I've also experienced other piano dealers who are competitors doing everything possible to trash B&E's and their products. BEWARE......if someone has to trash someone else, they are convinced they don't have the best product to sell! One salesman showed me a letter sent to a SOLD B&E's customer trashing the piano she chose..... telling her she should've bought a Kohler & Campbell from him. How rude and unprofessional can you get? The Steinway dealer should happy to sell Steinways, but evidently has to resort to lower tactics. Beware of comments that are all dated the same date...... looks fishy to me!
