Bob & Elliott's Piano Shoppe

After having dealt with B&E's on numerous occasions, I can attest that their staff is very well informed, and the selection of pianos is great. I've also experienced other piano dealers who are competitors doing everything possible to trash B&E's and their products. BEWARE......if someone has to trash someone else, they are convinced they don't have the best product to sell! One salesman showed me a letter sent to a SOLD B&E's customer trashing the piano she chose..... telling her she should've bought a Kohler & Campbell from him. How rude and unprofessional can you get? The Steinway dealer should happy to sell Steinways, but evidently has to resort to lower tactics. Beware of comments that are all dated the same date...... looks fishy to me! DON'T BUY!!! If you are looking to purchase a piano from BandE then you should do as much research as you can before handing over the money. Have your tech or another tech, NOT THEIR TECH, look at the piano and tell you his/her opinion. BandE has a lot of used pianos that they claim are new...I just had a friend buy a ebony polish player grand and she was delivered a mahogany player grand that was from 06...hmmmm?
