I tried for two days to get an appointment with this office. When you call you get a live operator who transfers you to an answering machine. So basically when they call back you MUST PICK UP THE PHONE or the process starts all over again. I work in a call center, so I usually can't answer if I'm on a call. This went on for two days. There was a doctor there that I was really interested in seeing. They lost out because of their idiotic system.
P.S. I guess it's better off that way, because what if I had an emergency?
