Review content:
I have been going to Prospect Medical for 10 years and it's always the same. You call to make an appointment and you get an answering machine. I leave a message and it takes at least 48 hours for them to call you back. You never know when they will call. If you miss the call, the process starts over again. When you do go there, you feel like you are being pushed thru like a car wash. By the way, when you are there, the nurses are always too busy socializing and don't pick up the phone.
