Review content:
In answer to a couple of previous reviews; first of all, Fogo De Chao is not a Taco Bell, nor a Taco Cabana. If you want a taco, a beer, and a $5 tab per person, this is not the place. Fogo De Chao is synonymous with excellent service, top-quality steaks and meats, a true Brazilian dining experience, complete with a huge assortment of South American salads, wines, and desserts. This is a true dining experience, and you had better come hungry. My first date with my fiancee was here at Fogo De Chao. I also proposed to her here; the waiters were so overwhelmed, that they brought my fiancee an ""on the house"" chocolate dessert, with the words ""Congratulations"" swirled in strawberry\raspberry glaze around the plate. The ""espeto de corrido"" style of service, with an endless parade of waiters offering you an ecclectic variety of foods around your table, is overwhelming and remarkable. I have lived in Houston most of my life, and have never experienced such outstanding service. \r But yes, the price reflects the quality, service, and experience. My fiancee is from South America herself and quickly identifies the true Brazilian style of FDC; we both love the experience and food here. But if you're packing only $20 in your wallet, KFC, McDonalds, and Taco Bell are down the street. Pros: Huge Variety, Romantic, Extraordinary Service
