Okay, I admit this is my first review but I could'nt let the review by triciadunlap to be taken as a non-bias review. Maddy's has been one of my favorite spots for a couple of years now. The ribs are fall off the bone, the potato salad is as good as I have found, and the staff is always prompt and friendly. As for the lack of smoke, my wife definitely knows when i have snuck off to Maddy's because i come home with that great barbecue smell. Maddy's is always my choice for a great barbecue meal and a good time. I hope you folks out there try it and enjoy it like I have.
