Review content:
Did somebody REALLY bring in a PC with a virus and not expect a wipe? It's illegal for them to transfer these files for you, so it's kinda your responsibility, common sense really.
I TRULY can't imagine them making rude remarks to females, my guess is CertTech came in as a know it all, and was angry when the owner returned the condescending attitude.
These people have been awesome in my experiences, and I would recommend them. You will save money and have the process explained to you (in probably too much detail)
