Did somebody REALLY bring in a PC with a virus and not expect a wipe? It's illegal for them to transfer these files for you, so it's kinda your responsibility, common sense really. I TRULY can't imagine them making rude remarks to females, my guess is CertTech came in as a know it all, and was angry when the owner returned the condescending attitude. These people have been awesome in my experiences, and I would recommend them. You will save money and have the process explained to you (in probably too much detail) more

Never Again! 2/10/2011

These guys are a joke, took my pc in for a virus and they wiped out all my music that I had collected for over many years and my pictures. One of the techs wanted to recommend a porn site for my 13 yr old nephew that would be virus free. You have to be kidding!!! The owner was rude and after three phones calls not being returned I had to walk my pc back in. No, I'm sorry, nothing! Beware don""t waste your money or your time. I have to put a rating but one star is to much! more

Pay for what you get 5/1/2010

I have personal experience with these clowns and can say without a doubt I would not use them again. One minute inside and you'll want to leave. The owner's moods swing to extremes, inappropriate comments to female customers from the OWNER, parts can take up to a week JUST TO GET ORDERED and the only satisfying stipulation will be that a few dollars will get knocked off the repair. NOT WORTH IT!!! Pros: Low Prices Cons: unprofessional, slow turnaround, poor mgmt/ownership more

Are they geeks? Oh, yes they are. If it's a great used computer on the cheap you seek Geek Street is the spot! I always score there. If you need spyware removal, computer repair or date retrieval you can't do better. Geek Street has a helpful and respectful staff and googles of experience. Top notch in every way! Pros: best geeks in town Cons: only one location more
