Review content:
Everything seems innocent enough in the beginning, but read the fine lines about what it means to have your computer ""diagnosed"". $50 to figure out why my SSD was broken and there wasn't a single thing ""diagnosed"". I paid for them to run a couple of disk checks and basic diagnostics to no avail. The next method of action was just a hunch as to whether or not what they were about to do would fix it. I had to pay a lot more for them to actually start on my computer, although they still had no idea they were jumping into at that point in time. They wanted me to pay them to reload my operating system and offered to do basic repairs that I had already tried. I was extremely bitter and refusing to pay as much as I did for absolutely nothing. The owner came out and fought with me, and was *very* defensive, which egged on my level of anger. The 'average' user wouldn't understood why I was so upset about paying, so I bet my case was fairly rare in terms of customer service. I wouldn't have been so extremely fussy had she not folded her arms and defended everything, never stopping to say sorry once. To quote, she said: ""I think you're rude and you have a bad attitude about this whole thing."" That's what mothers say to their children, not savvy business owners. While this was an uncommon case, it says a lot about their business practice and ability to deal with customers as a whole.
