INCREDIBLE is putting it lightly... this shop at the Due West Location is the BEST. I have spoke to several computer people and this shop explained everything to me and went out of their way to help me. I really should call Linda the owner the ""Computer Angel"" my computer was dead...screen had all these colored lines on it and it was so close I thought it was on its last leg. I could not tell you how pleased I was when Linda worked on it and brought this poor computer back to life again. Faster and the lines and colorful lines are gone......screen is now back to great.....I did not have enough money for a new computer but need one for my job....thanks to Linda I can at least have this computer for a little while longer until I can get a new one....I love the service and how honest they are. I tell everyone about this place and can only tell you it you want a honest, service specialist....you should try That Computer Chick ....I will always be greatful for what they did for me. Thank you Linda.
