My friend and I visited for the first time last Friday night, and it was hopping! We waited about 25 min for a table, but were able to squeeze into the bar for this fantastic blue margarita that we found out later is called a Rumbarita. These are really tasty! When we finally got seated, it took a couple of minutes for our server to get to us, but he was very friendly and helpful once he got there. They had advertised ""avocado enchiladas"" on the sign out front, so I had those, and my friend had grilled fish tacos. The avocado enchiladas were unbelievable! Fresh avocados in corntortlllas with this creamy cilantro sauce, I've never tasted anything like this before. The fish tacos were also good, they were garnished with this kind of slaw salad that was really tasty. The place was packed with all kinds of people, from families, to dating couples, and a few big groups. I would reccommend Mattito's to anyone, and I'll definitely be back!
Pros: Really unique takes on Tex-Mex
