Gave them a deposit 4 weeks ago,and was assured that they could have my job done by THanksgiving. It's Monday ,and I haven't heard a word,so I called them today. They told me that it wasn't coming and that it might be Christmas before I get it!!!!! I told them that I wanted my money back,and they said it takes six weeks to process and it would be after Christmas anyway,so I might as well get in line with everybody else!!!!!!!! I was enraged, and told them I was calling the BBB,,their answer? Go ahead,thats why we advertise under countertoppromo and not our name..STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
