Review content:
pros:
- They sell the slabs & fabricate in-house, eliminates some extra running around.
- Decent selection of materials.
- Reputation for doing good work (mine has not been installed yet, so we'll see!)
-Technology I have to say impressive, part of the reason why I went with them.
cons:
They are busy (they need about one week advanced notice just to schedule a measurement appointment)
My kitchen designer warned me about them, said don't use them because of the difficulties of scheduling/lead time.
** update **
ok, ok, I guess I was a little hard on them. Added an extra star b/c they did do a great job with our countertops.
It took them 2 weeks to install (after they measured). The technology they use makes it nearly impossible to screw up, which is very reassuring when you're spending that much $$. There were no seams that the human eye could detect, it was flawless. Overall, I would recommend them and plan on using them when start on my bathroom project.
Pros: Technology, Material Selection, Final install
Cons: takes awhile
