they never respond to problems with apartments. Repairs like ceiling leaks never get taken care of or take months to address. they raise the rent every chance they get and try to stick you with bills for other things, and you'll never get your security deposit back! They have no respect for tenants, I was so happy to move out of that place and get away from them. I've rented from other property management places and had good experiences, but E.S. was THE absolute worst landlord experience I've had in my life!! Wish I would have read the reviews here before I signed a lease!
