Okay if you want a dog that will smell really bad and have mental issues this is the place for you. These people are sick! They need to fix this place up. I'm very happy that they got rid of this place in the mall because they deserved to run out of business and I bet you no one is surprised that this place ran out of business to be honest. I'm really not a mean person, I just want these animals to have a better life.
