i used this company for my 21st birthday. when making the reservation the guy kept putting me on hold and also was condescending saying i couldnt drink, excuse me, i will be of age. i asked for a hummer limo, they showed up with a party bus. they said the limo was used by a bride and groom and they got sick in it (oh yeah, sure, heard that excuse before), i was going to dinner before and they said i could choose to go to dinner and hopefully by the end of my dinner they would have the hummer, if not, i could keep the party bus for an extra hour free of charge. however, the driver was nice and he said he would drive around all night for free so i kept the party bus. we went out to town and when we were leaving the party bus BROKE DOWN. some random tow truck guy gave us a jump and ten min later, it broke down again. i ended up with a huge charter bus...really?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! the company charged for extra hours and after hours of arguing i only paid for the 6 hrs i originally reserved. the driver was the only nice part about the night, if it wasnt for him i would no have enjoyed my night. but i will NEVER, i repeat NEVER use this company again and i will NEVER recommend it. esp if you are using them for a wedding, do not let them ruin such a special day.
