Review content:
We did business with this company and although they claim to be ""professional"".....the service they provide is far from it! As long as you do not have a problem with your product.....you may be fine. However we did have a problem after delivery, and it has been the worst experience and display of customer service I have ever experienced! We placed many phone calls with no return, they set appointments they had no intention on showing up for, ( and the ""female participant"" even told us that her ""service man"" told her he never had any intentions of returning our calls or going to the set appointment...WOW), and they place the blame on everybody ( including the glass manufacturer and customers)excluding themselves. And the best part of it all.......they responded to our letter wi saying that once they drop the product off and the customer pays.......it then becomes their property and problem! Whew.........I am embarrased for them! Please reference other business sites regarding information and complaints with this company prior to doing business with them. THEY GOT A ONE STAR RATING BECAUSE NONE IS NOT AN OPTION. I would have given a negative star times 3.
