I think they've pulled the plug and flown off to Costa Rica in the middle of the night. Their website has been down for 3 days in a row. In the month preceding, they answered 0 urgent technical support requests. Calling the number provided by the Better Business Bureau yesterday reached a recording that states your call cannot be completed.
If anyone in Vancouver, WA sees the owner of this company on the street, please tar & feather the jerk for me. Thanks.
