In the month preceding, they answered 0 urgent technical support requests. Calling the number provided by the Better Business Bureau yesterday reached a recording that states your call cannot be completed. Like everyone else I was fed up with my email account at Yahoo. between the waste of my time deleting junk mail and spam I happened to stumble upon the site WWW.privacyharbor I tried them out and have decided to switch to one of their paid accounts. It's only $5.00 a month and I get 0 junk mail or spam in my inbox. They have this spam control feature that puts all of the junk and spam email in a separate area and outside of my inbox so I can look at if I want to, but It doesn't litter up my inbox. Plus I can send large attachments... I like to send pictures and stuff a lot and always had issues when I would try to send out with Yahoo, but here it is super easy. And, you can send a message private so its not read or reviewed by others. Not sure about the details on it, but I sent out a few and it works great. Only downside is that it takes a bit longer than normal for messages to be received.. I did a test message and it took around 2 or 3 minutes for the message to show up because of the spam filter process it runs through with the company.. But I can live with that. Great service. Free, private and secure. Really no issues at all except they had a search feature before and got rid of it for their latest version of the app but if they put it back in for next upgrade then I'm totally happy. You can keep your emails private, retract messages sent by mistake, delay when to send message, view status on when recipient has read your message, plus they have a lot of storage space and you can make online ebiz cards.
