HEALTH RISK!!!\r While walking down to have dinner on the Avenue , I noticed a POD in the back of a group of retailors being used for storage. At first I didn't think anything of it, but after taking a second look I saw food was being stored inside. Then I became even more curious. Surely a restaurant was not storing food to be prepared in an unconditioned POD (if you don't know what a POD is, it's a portable metal storage container). After looking around and asking a few questions to the locals, I found the POD was being used by a restaurant, CUT 432 to be exact. Down here in Florida, storing food in a POD is like storing food in your car day after day then getting it out when you're ready to eat. This made my stomach turn!!! After taking a second look, I saw that the food was stored right next to cleaning chemicals. Food can not be stored next to chemical due to the potential of cross contamination. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant. Based on this carelessness of food storage by this restaurant, I can only imagine how they handle food during preparation. I would NOT expose my friends and family to this potential heath risk. I HIGHLY recommend you don't expose your friends and family to these risks by eating at this restaurant.\r -B. Frank
