Review content:
Wow, this guy is so full of himself and obviously not interested in conducting good business. When I had a question about my bill, I was told he was the one to see about it. Well, I attempted to contact him and got no response. I was in the facility on a later date and came face to face with him. He had a short answer to my question and obviously hurried to get away from me. He had a ""that's just the way it is"" attitude. It amazes me that this guy can't even take a few moments to address a customers question and concern but he definately has no problem taking as much money from me as he can. Hmmm....good businessman? I think not.
