I've used Bragg Plumbing twice to install gas furnaces in properties that I rent. I work in San Francisco and live in Marin, and see their trucks all the time on 101--they stuck in my head, I guess. I used Bragg the first time about a year ago, and it went very smoothly. They were prompt, got the work done on time, and as a result my tenants were not upset. When I needed another furnace recently, I recalled last year's experience and called Bragg again. This time, however, the tech quoted me a price that was several thousand dollars higher than what the same job cost the first time. I had to go back and forth a few times, and once I finally spoke with the owner the price went down to what I was expecting. In the end everything turned out fine, and the work itself was great. I would recommend, however, that with a small company like Bragg they should only have one cook in the kitchen when it comes to dealing with the customer. Still, they did eventually accommodate me.
