My experience with Bragg Plumbing was good overall. We called wanting to get our air ducts vacuumed out under our floor. When the guy came in he discovered that our air ducts were fragile and that it had to be replaced. At the same time, he noticed that our dryer vent was imporperly installed and so we had to put in a new dryer vent. The installation process was all great. He was on time and did the work in a timely manner.
The reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the guy said that he would come back in a few weeks to do our attic as well, but we never heard from him again. Nonetheless, it was really a minor issue because now that we thought about it, we don't really want to spend the money to clean the air ducts in our attic anymore. It was overall a good experience.
