I love Dr.Shafa he is a great doctor. He has helped my husband a lot and he is very good at his job. He makes him feel relaxed and supported and always listens and takes in to consideration to what he says. However, the receptionist, Tracy, has a terrible attitude and is unprofessional and honestly she throws the whole vibe of the entire office off. If I worked there I would have her fired, I cant believe the way she talks to patients, its pathetic. It makes me very angry when the first person I have to look at when I walk into the office has a personality like hers, makes me want to just walk right out of there. Also, there is typically a long wait but Dr.Shafa is such a good doctor it is worth every minute. I recommend the doctor just not the receptionist ! Hire better personnel !
