I have been shopping at this store for 2 years now and have not had a problem. First off, its Dura Ace, 2 words buddy. Secondly, Ultegra performs just as good as Dura Ace and is intended for racing. It is a lighter material and is going to wear out faster than Ultegra. It is made as light as possible for professional and sponsored riders who can afford to replace their components regularly. For example the Dura Ace cassette is made of aluminum and titanium, the Ultegra cassette is made of steel. Aluminum and titanium are both softer materials than steel, so they are going to wear out quicker. Bici Sport has many satisfied customers and I am sure this was a one time occurrence that you had and may have misunderstood what was going on. Maybe you should do a little more research before you talk bad about a great local shop.
