Being a first-time customer, I walked into the USA Parking office to buy my monthly pass (because that's how I paid with the company I previously bought parking passes from), but the woman (Vanessa) behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever encountered. This is saying something, because I used to be both a cashier and a waitress. Her customer service skills were non-existent, and she made it perfectly clear that I wasn't welcome despite my infallible politeness. Is this really the person that USA Parking wants representing them? I still have a bad taste in my mouth.
