Rudest person I have ever encountered 10/5/2011

Being a first-time customer, I walked into the USA Parking office to buy my monthly pass (because that's how I paid with the company I previously bought parking passes from), but the woman (Vanessa) behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever encountered. This is saying something, because I used to be both a cashier and a waitress. Her customer service skills were non-existent, and she made it perfectly clear that I wasn't welcome despite my infallible politeness. Is this really the person that USA Parking wants representing them? I still have a bad taste in my mouth. more

USA parking lots are great 10/21/2010

Things like this do happen, it is downtown after all...all cities have similar issues on parking lots! No need to knock on these parking companies for things that can't be perfect or else we'd be living in the perfect world...newsflash, that doesn't exist! I have parked at that parking lot for 4 years, everyday! I've never had any problems at all. more

Usa Parking Systems is thieve friendly!!! disgusting 8/24/2009

the one across from the cemetery by progressive field is horrible!! we came back to our car after a Indians game and our car was broken into. the attendant said she left for 15 minutes to grab something to eat and when she got back 3 cars were broken into and ours happened to be one of them. It was the middle of the day and no one saw anything of course!!!! don't park there! more

Use USA if you don't care about your car or your safety 4/8/2009

USA does not keep up their parking lots, especially the monthly parking garages. Pieces or rocks fall from the concrete ceilings, they do not salt properly during the winter, and if you have any incident with damage caused to your car they will ignore you and give you the run around hoping that you will give up. I find it funny that the only good review on this site is from Jeannie F, (could this be Jeannie Frangos, Marketing Director for USA Parking Systems Inc./ The Frangos Group). more

Awful 9/11/2008

This company mistreats employees and does not care about the safety of your vehicle. There are several break-ins daily and nightly and the only thing the owner cares is that the glass is swept away. No cameras except one lot and 2 garages. Lots are not attended very long into events. \r \r Poor choice. more

Spectacular 4/29/2008

I come downtown often for different events. I always park with USA Parking. I found USA Parking to be my favorite and recommend them to everyone. You hear so many comments about parking downtown... I have parked everywhere. I've had a great parking experience in the USA parking lots and encourage people to park with them. more
