If I had any one word for the staff at Land Rover Nashville it would be family. From the moment I stepped foot across the threshold into the showroom I was immediately given the impression of family. I know they saw me when I walked in but I was not immediately swarmed by salespeople but welcomed very warmly by the young lady behind the counter. She asked how she could help me and when I told her I was looking for answers to some trouble questions about my classic Range Rover, she smiled and told me there were several people who could help. I spent the rest of the afternoon talking with various sales guides (as I later learned they were called) and then one of their technicians came out and answered some general knowledge questions I had without asking to be paid for it. I have since taken my personal rover to their dealership several times to have it repaired and even recommended them to friends who have had similar experiences at this dealership. For years my family and I have gone on their trail rides, never being charged for admission and even had my lunch provided on several. These fine men and women teach me and my family like their family, calling me by name when I come in and if they have time just talking to me while my car is being repaired. I would recommend them for any automotive needs, including non-Land Rover vehicles as it appears they can locate just about any kind of vehicle I need or any of my friends need. Their not only knowledgeable but honest which is something I personally prize in my retailers. Can the same be said of other dealerships in Nashville?
