Review content:
I signed up for Citysearch just to write this review. When I was looking for a dentist, i saw the CS reviews were mixed, and figured ""ah, I'm sure he's probably okay, some people liked him."" I was wrong. Four words: AVOID AT ALL COSTS I go to this guy because he's on my plan, and they tell me (rightfully, i'm sure) that I need a crown; I sign up for the procedure, and come back the next week for the first of the two-step process. I'm sitting in the chair and they hand me a big pile of paperwork to sing. One form lists the charges, and notes that they're going to charge me an additional $600 worth of work above what my insurance will cover. I tell them that the things they're charging me for may well be totally valid, but before spending $600 I want to get a second opinion, and walk out. Cut two two weeks later - i get CC:ed on a letter they sent my insurance co., saying I've violated the patient/doctor trust, and they are cutting me loose. Apparently asking for a second opinion counts as me not trusting them - and apparently with good freakin' cause! Truly, they posses immense chutzpah. Just not in a good way. Amazingly, they also told the insurance company that ""patient not following recommended treatment plan."" Apparently, their treatment plan recommends not checking with other dentists before letting them screw me over. These are bad, bad people. Cons: Liars and cheats
