I've worked with Travel Network for over three years now, and they are amazing. I use them for booking all types of business travel, but they've also been helpful with vacations too. I really appreciate that they know - and remember - my needs, and that they really go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I am comfortable booking my own travel online, but Travel Network helps me find options I hadn't thought about. I also get follow up calls or emails to make sure that I have all the information I need - you definitely don't get that from an online service!
Pros: Very sensitive to budget constraints, knowledgable about group travel
