I selected Travel Network based on their reviews on this site. What a mistake! I had done some online research on the trip we wanted to take before going to the agent there. When she priced our trip is was DOUBLE what I had found it for online (same flights, same hotels). When I told her about the rate I had found she 'found' the rate I referred to and booked it for us BUT failed to make seat assingments for our flights and sent me the incorrect confirmation number so I couldn't even call the airline and make them myself. I tried and tried to get back in touch with them via phone but she was never in or the office was closed (even during normal business hours.) ...and NO individual voicemail here. Now my husband and I will not be able to sit together on our OUT OF COUNTRY FLIGHT. Problems like this and hours on the phone are why we chose to use a travel agent in the first place....save yourself the headaches go to another agency or book yourself online.\r Pros: Friendly in person Cons: impossible to get in touch with via phone, gave me airline's phone number to handle problems myself.
