My husband and I have worked with Brian twice planning trips. We have had a great experince working with him. He has always called me back or responded to my emails with any questions or concerns i had. Our first trip got cx due to a hurricane in the tropicals and the day it was cx he was working with my husband on rescheduling it for us. He is a very friendly person to work with. He also called my friend back late one sat. night when she had missed placed her documents for a cruise that we are going on. My friend was very concerned about getting her documents replaced and i told her to call him and he called her back with in 30 min. i would recomend travel network to anyone!!! Thanks Brian for your help!!! \r
