\r I live near Creedmoor Rd. and was planning a trip with my family to Europe. I decided to call Travel Network. I have NEVER received such terrible customer service anywhere! No return phone calls after many messages left. When I did finally speak to a person who answered the phone, I was then given to some one else who was then busy and I was told they would call me back. That call never came. I then called again and attempted to schedule an appointment, but again no follow-up. I never received a phone call (left many contacts for them to reach me), so assumed finally that my business was unimportant to them. I did hear that they recently changed owners. No excuse for this poor service.\r \r Having worked in customer service for years as the owner of a restaurant in Raleigh, if I treated my customers like this....I would be out of business. Travel Network may be soon. Don't waste your time- there are many other agencies in the area who would appreciate your business. Cons: Poor customer service, no follow up
