Review content:
Do you know anything about NC history? You are not likely to learn it on a visit here. The facility is beautiful; unfortunately the exhibits are so random and without focus that one wonders why they bothered building it. Good luck finding any coherent view of the development of North Carolina - you'll have to settle for walking through the NC Sports Hall of Fame instead. There also is a ton of wasted space that could be used - walk through the Museum of Natural History - which grabs your attention immediately - and you will see what I mean.\r
\r
The only plus is that some of the children's programs are good, with excellent staff. However, your kids are not going to want to stick around after the program.\r
Pros: the building is nice
Cons: no focus, minimal and boring exhibits
