You plumber out of Tacoma is great. Sat. 26 May, Adam came out and got it flowing again in good time. He snaked it and it ""flushed"", thought it was good to go, unfortunately there was an underlying problem which on 29 May Steve found with the camera. He did a great job! Referred his recommendation to Apt Mngr. Thank you! \r I would like to mention something though: On Sat I called RR @ 2:13; I got a call from somebody with RR @ 3:31 telling me the Tech was delayed, cool, got it thank you. However, Adam wasn't called untill AFTER the guy called me(3:32) yes it's only a minute but how could he have known the Tech(Adam in this case) was delayed if he had not talked to him FIRST? Adam showed up @ 4:40, not bad. Would someone please look into this?\r All in all, great job, thank you again, Scott
