thank you, thank you again and again for steve being employed by you. this is the second time he has saved me from fates worse than you know what. this time it was a gas water heater that was making so many pops that i thought i was going to be blasted to the moon. steve arrived and assured me that things would be taken care of quickly and safely, and indeed it was. there are so many stories about people coming into homes that it is frightening sometimes but i felt very safe opening my home to steve. he installed the water heater and stayed until he was asssured that the water was hot and no air was inside the lines. yes, the price was stiff but only because it was a naturally costly job. i so appreciated the senior discount. your company and steve in particular will be my first choice always and i will pass along the information to anyone i hear that needs plumbing done. tacoma is not that far away and it was remarkable how soon everything was done. i thought it was very kind of steve to always call to let me know when he was on his way. such a gentleman.
