I stopped by this location as I was making a donation to the Goodwill next door. I told the sales man on a number of occassions that I would not be buying a bed today, I just wanted to research as I plan to buy one in the next couple months. I was the only customer in the store at the time. In addition, I took up less than 10 minutes of the sales person's time. After I was done looking, I thanked him for his time I told him I'd be back when I was ready to buy. He thanked me for ""completely wasting his time!"" I pointed out that I was the only customer in the store and didn't feel like I had held him back from another sale. He responded that ""It didn't matter. If you aren't here to buy a mattress, you shouldn't have wasted so much of my time."" I was in shock especially as I told him multple times that I was not going to buy a mattress today. When I do buy a mattress, there is no way I would buy one from this store.\r
I went to Macy's after, found the same prices and much politer sales people. In less you enjoy being bullied by sales people and yelled at, avoid this store!
