They don't even deserve a single star rating. Worst buying experience in my life. Sales guys are trained by owner so they are all equally as ""sleezy"". Forgot about the so-called ""comfort guarantee"", it costs you BIG! They sell you a mattress and if you're not totally satisfied and want the exchange, WATCH out. They got you hooked and make you pay. Original purchase was xx discount but the exchanged mattress can't be discounted. Plus a warehouse restocking fee? Delivery charge I expected but . . . Terrible sales guys. Yes, even the son that is so sweetly represented on the commercials can't be trusted. Someone said it in an earlier review (which I wish I would have read first), these guys remind me of car salesman from 20 years ago. Even the car dealerships have figured out this type of customer treatment doesn't work. Don't buy here!
