Review content:
I am getting married in the next year and I have helped planned a lot of weddings in the greater nashville area. This place was just plain flat out rude. We walked in just looking around, its a bakery as well, so no appointment ness. The person who does all the cakes, stood in front of us on the phone for a good 15 min. talking about her easter plans to a obvious family friend. So after waiting until she saw fit to get off the phone, we ask if she does wedding cakes because we didn't see any in the display book. She then informs us that she does wedding cakes consultations STRICTLY by appointment only (which is not uncommon in the wedding world) so we weren't surprised. Then we where also informed that her cakes were fairly exspensive and she was very busy. Then without a word she went into the back to finish her conversation. I would like to point out I have worked in costumer service for about 6 years, i'm not the best and try to give people some slack, knowing how it feels, but there was no reason to treat my mother and I the way she did. Even if she gave it to me for FREE i wouldn't take it. Hope shes not always like that!\r
