This is my favorite bar in Long beach, by far. No pressure to look cool while dancing, you can just sip on a beer and have a fantastic time. The crowd is very mixed age-wise, and the atmosphere is friendlier than I've seen it in any other bar. I can take my boyfriend, friends, or even my mom - and I always have a blast. It does get crowded on the weekends, but that's when the best Irish bands play (my personal favorite: Sligo Rags). Sometimes Wednesdays have a good sized crowd. If you're looking for mixed drinks (not beer!), you'll want Matt to make them. . . stay away from the Long Island iced teas otherwise! I can't say enough about how amazing this place is - although I probably should stop, I'm just going to make it more crowded!! Pros: extensive beer choices, atmosphere, live music Cons: long wait time for drinks, aggressive women! =/
