Review content:
I like Happy Tails Dog Wash and will NEVER take my animals anywhere else. I can tell the groomer exactly what I want, and presto, that is what I get. The customer service is (I think) better than Nordstrom. There's no snobbery. These are genuinely nice people who care a lot about you and your pets. I like the fact that there are no cages or kennels. My dogs get so nervous when they are in a kennel since they are not put in a kennel at home and are not kennel trained. That means they are not dried in a cage either with hot air blowing on them. I like it that Happy Tails Dog Wash uses natural shampoos not those horrible chemical filled shampoos other places use. For me, the best part about the grooming is that you can stay and watch the groomer while she is grooming your dog. I need to know that the babies that sleep in my bed, and at times under my covers, are getting the very best. I love my pets. If my husband ever left me, I would get a couple more dogs. As it stands, we can only fit three dogs, two cats, and two humans on the bed.\r \r \r I have taken my dogs and cats to one other place to be groomed only one time. I felt like I was dropping my pets off to a bank vault. I have no idea what went on after I dropped them off. I feel guilty not taking the time to research what awful things can happen at the groomer. I feel guilty that I subjected my babies to a high heat cage dryer at the first grooming place. I had no idea that hot air blasted the dogs and cats for 30 to 60 minutes in every direction while they are trapped in a cage. I have read that a lot of pets are seriously burned and even die from cage dryers. I got lucky. None of my animals were injured that I know of. \r Pros: Easy to find parking, good customer service, close to I-205, a few doors away from a Starbucks. Cons: none that come to mind
