I visited the Sage Room on Friday night for the first time with my family. I must say that the food and the service were fantastic. We were promptly greeted by the owner who introduced us to his wife. Once seated, we reviewed the menu and the owner came back to take our order. With each order we made, he commented something special about the dish. If it was a special recipe from his Italian mother, or if the cheese was imported, or even if it was just to say, ""you won't be dissapointed"" and how it was prepared. I really wish there was something like this restaurant in the San Fernando Valley. I will definately be back, but it is quite far from my home. Excellent!!!!
